Chatbot operations were temporarily unavailable as our rate limiting had issues. The underlying issue is resolved; Salesforce and Zendesk ticket processing mostly unaffected

Temporary outage caused by a production-only database lock edge case during migration/redeploy that only appears in high-volume load conditions that we only have in our production environment. Chatbots were briefly automatically hidden and are as soon as the api was up again shown. Salesforce and Zendesk events are being automatically reprocessed -- processing only delayed.
